"Play as Yuki Maro, one of the strongest samurais of the end of the Japanese Edo Era. 1910.

 The freonite, a new resource emitting deep waves of cold energy is discovered and becomes the main fuel of Japan. With the quick rise of new technology, the emperor Meiji calls all the samurais and asks them to relinquish their blades and title. Yuki refuses and fight for his honor, but is beaten and left for dead with his blade shattered and his arm severed. 

10 years later, we find him coming back to Tokyo with a bionic arm and a repaired blade emitting powerful waves of frost energy thanks to the help of a blacksmith sharing his ideals. 

The last samurai must now find the emperor to finally avenge himself. "
